We tried a couple of other services before giving Black Swan a try. They are by far the best we have experienced in all categories, reliable, excellent service and attention to detail as well as very good prices. I recommend them to our friends in Abu Dhabi.

This laundry was providing good service a year ago, but now very unprofessional service. Management should teach their staff how to handle customers, no bill given, throwing items to the floor like garbage. No treatment to the customers. Should improve a lot inorder for them to retain their customers. Will never visit again

I have tried so many different laundry services over few years and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the Black Swan Laundry. The pickup and drop off is such an easy process. The prices are great and the laundry takes very little time. I highly recommend it.
