I have given cargo in January 2023 from Dubai to Kerala India..and it’s almost April now but still no update from your company…Tracking shows it is waiting for customs clearance in Mumbai.... Other than no one giving any response … not even any reply.... When would be get it... Please give any replay;
Bad behavior from the pick-up team upon coming in my room without asking me they went directly use washroom and then I ask them why they give time and didn't show up they show me hand and say go and see traffic first and ask me.
