Horrible service. I had to follow up over 6 times within 24 hours in order for them to collect the items. The call center was was very unhelpful. The team did not show up on time. They are delaying the pickup by 40 min as if customers have nothing else better to do.
Very Professional company, collected the old sofa set from our home in Al Nahda Dubai without any cost. Earlier I had arranged from other company but they didn't shown up than I had contacted 800 Got Junk, they arranged the collection within 3-4 hours.
I called them in the morning for a pickup , they Told me its free and then scheduled an appointment. 10 minutes before the appointment they said they charge 200 aed
