The building overall is nice, but there are many problems faced with raising rent outside of RERA guidelines and the buildings maintenance service. While the main point of contact, Saif, is very helpful, the maintenance team doesn't get problems addressed for such a long time despite constant follow up.

I recently stayed at AA Towers and had an outstanding experience. Saif, a member of the staff, provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the views were breathtaking, and the personalized service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
