Although my AppleCare coverage was valid and appointment setup a week before I did not receive service because they do not stock SPAREPARTS. What is the appointment and advance diagnosis information done for ?? So same day repair is just an eye wash.
My phone stopped working overnight without any incident and I went to their service centre. They told me to replace the entire rear system for 1800 or buy same phone. They are not professional and don’t know how to repair and they want customers to pay extra and replace even it can be repaired.
10 days for an appointment. Looks like not professional to handle customer complaints and they can reinstall OS. Easiest thing to do.
