Despite calling several times, none of them have answered my call. what a complete nonsense from a service provider who claims their priority is to provide high quality customer service. The irony.

It’s a shame that they are authorised dealers for Apple. Called them over 25 times to get support and no one attends the call. I’ve had bad experience in past as well. Would recommended to go directly to Apple Store, their support and customer service is best. Authorised dealers just by name not by service.
