I need to say a special thanks to MS Dalia who is very helpful, friendly, polite and attentive. The waiting time is very little, and I would say the best service is provided from this ADIB Branch. Besides Ms Dalia makes sure the customer is satisfied with the service
I just visited this branch today and had a wonderful experience. The service was fast because of MS DAHLIA from helpdesk. She greeted with a smile and was very accommodating and polite. Honestly, there are only a few bank representatives in UAE who are well trained and build good rapport with clients and she is one of those few.
Many thanks to Madam Dalia Alkourdi for all the help. She went all the way to help us out. Excellent interaction and very polite. Thanks once again. 5 stars
