Tellers won't accept cheque deposit. They said only through ATM. But their ATMs have always some issues.
I did many deposits & withdrawals from the counter and it didn’t take any time at all including the approval time, even customer service. I did 2 transactions there and it was very fast.
Worst experience ever! I waited almost 1 hour in the branch to change my phone number and update my Emirates ID, to be told “no you need a passport!” My husband worked in the bank for many years in the UAE and we know the process.
