This complaint is for the management of this bank. I received an SMS to update my personal information at the bank my presenting my new ID. Other banks such Emirates NBD asked the same of me which took me less than one minute by inserting my new chip and I was done. However, at ADIB bank it has been over 3 days now trying to get hold of a manger at any of their locations. Waiting time on the phone during business hours is always more than 45 minutes. Complete waste of customer time. This has been my worst banking experience. The bank managers should have set up a one day service to update customer information rather than it taking me over 3 days and I still have not been successful. As an account holder I am not happy with ADIB Bank. Overall rating is 1 due to the amount of time wasted trying to update personal customer information.
The call center gives you the wrong timing for their services, they close their service from 3:30 till 4 as they have a change of shifts, the employee by the reception #8, quite dismissive and non apologetic regarding their mistake.
Worst banking experience. Visited this branch 7 times for updating of my information with central bank. On each visit they tell to bring a new document. Highly unprofessional & unpleasant staff at counters. On each visit I had to wait at least 1 hour and still my problem is not resolved.
