The branch is well organized and you'll be served quickly during weekdays (actually due to low number of customers). The competence and professionalism of the customer care representatives are highly doubtful though. A smile, using the word 'please' and 'thank you' will be much appreciated. Also, just few staff members could speak English which makes it difficult to communicate especially if your Arabic is not good enough.
