The worst service i have ever experienced in my life. No body cares about the customer at all. It has taken more than 1 hour to get my turn for emirates id update only when only 6 persons were before me and there is mo rush at all in the bank. It feels like you are being punished for having an account here.
Very good service, i came to apply for liability letter, I evaluate is branch as very good comparing to some other branches, staff named Reem was helpful, fast as she know what exactly needs to do.
Very bad experience, the agents all of them are free and they are not taking any cm , especially in counter 7 she always in phone talking and chatting i hope this should be stopped and check what cm they need i feel sorry for this bank, as
