I had a good experience here. There is always less queue. And your turn comes faster as work is also done by the staff in a fast pace. You can even book for a token number from the app before you physically appear in the branch- a bit tricky.

Atrocious bank - the service is absolutely horrendous! Sat waiting over an hour only for the man to not even be willing to open a bank account for me because he was too busy thinking about leaving work on a Friday. Absolutely horrible.
