You will get justice without any partiality, but the thing is, the procedure for that is bit of long and costly. If you have min 3000 AED and your other expenses like accommodation and food you could go for it, if you don't have it will be difficult.

I just feel disappointed I came last April 10 and they said my check not ready come back after 3 days so I came back April 13 and after waiting more than 2 hrs they said it's not ready come back tomorrow 9am. Now I came back at 9am after waiting...

Don't go to the labour court. You will lose your court fees and your salary. The court will not help you, they will support the investor (company).
