Went to Ace to look for sofa cleaner machine, at first there was no one in the area where cleaning machines are displayed, as we walk towards the counter, we found Arwin assisting another customer and told us to please wait. Upon finishing with the other customer, he immediately apologized for the wait and helped us find the sofa cleaner machine we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the different options available and gave us advice on which one would be best for our needs. Overall, great customer service from Arwin.
