The place where I experienced that yoga is not only for fitness but also does a great job on the mind. Cool atmosphere, well trained teachers, lively yoga sessions. The meditation and stress relief classes are really superb.

I had neck, shoulder and arm pain and the therapist Suresh Master and Jinesh Master took care of me so well and healed the pain in a week's time. Best place to pamper yourself. Instead of medicines and pain killers, treat your body gently with Yoga. I strongly recommend this place.
