The lady at customer service today morning was unhappy while asking queries. She was not trying to help me, for an issue which she could have been solved easily. I couldn't complete the transaction and had to go to another bank.

I had a very horrible experience while opening a bank account with an employee called A.Ash. He was very rude, not hospitable, uncaring and unprofessional while dealing with me. Wasted both our times with zero results, a bad image for a reputable bank like ADCB.
