We really don't have to wait for long queue just to withdraw. Most of the ATMs are for deposit & withdraw. It would be better if at least have 1 ATM for withdraw only. I have seen women with children standing outside in the queue in the heat & humidity just withdraw. The decision is with ADCB to enhance the service to its best.
It was a wonderful experience with the team over there in this specific branch. Quite informative and cooperative. Especially the front desk officer. She was very helpful.
Unfriendly and inefficient customer service. I went there to carry out a procedure, despite having filled out the forms, the procedure was not carried out. It is better to go to another branch.
