One of the poorest customer service. To Open an account it takes just 7 days. To update an existing account 45 days..Simply ridiculous..Especially the filipino lady sitting upstairs..She doesn't even wants the customer to sit in front of her..very bad service
Today I visited this branch for clearing a small doubt. Firstly, the security was very rude with an angry face and he was treating me very badly, maybe because my skin is black. Also, I went to customer service and the lady there was not helpful at all. It was a terrible experience overall.
The customer service was so rude! We went to visit the ADCB Rigga branch just to update our passport and Emirates ID for our savings account. When we opened the account at Ubank in City Walk, we were advised to visit any branch and bring the necessary documents. However, the staff at this branch were very unprofessional and disrespectful. We were not treated with any respect or dignity. It was a complete waste of time and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
