ADCB branch in Abudhabi mall has the worst service ever. From the guard who should be assisting the client in getting the token and the rest of the staff . They just put 1 staff to take care of the waiting area and he just look at u when u enter and don't even bother to tell u anything . And he is very rude when answering u. The waiting area is full of empty staff desk but atom of accounting staff looking at the costumers in the waiting area. I won't recommend this branch to anyone who's bank is ADCB.
ADCB is a good bank but the one in Abu Dhabi Mall has the worst experience ever. 1st time I wait for more than 1 hours and the manager apologized.Today I came to open a business bank account 3 PM until almost 5 PM and still not done. 2 bank officers.Can anyone please tell me?Why a large branch like this have only few officers to handle paperwork?They have many empty cashier counters but good to see their officers sitting doing nothing. If they don’t want to work here they can offer the positions to others.Can penalties how they drop credibility ADCB.
Worst bank ever. All my transactions/services with them were a mess. The last one was a disaster. I went to ask for a document, the costumer service manager said it's ready by 12 noon. i reached there by 12 noon but the document was not ready. And the manager was annoyed, she puts up the blame on other employees. I waited almost an hour to get the sticker printed and a co-worker had to push for it. I have a meeting by 1 PM and I’m still here and i'm late now! ALL thanks to ADCB. Always ENDING UP WITH TIME LOSS, Similarly to my past transactions.The employees in ADCB are so unprofessional, they're not trained well. They’re in a rush to perform transaction, also making a lot of mistakes. As an expat I surely don't recommend ADCB!
ADCB cash and cheque deposit machine in Yas mall = useless! What was the point of removing the human being that accounts for the deposits?! Lazy and inconsiderate! Your deposits are CASH, what if they malfunction when it swallows the cash? What if it’s a very late night or early morning? What if that’s your staff's salary?!
