Went there to replace my debit card. Finding this place is a nightmare for someone who is not working at Emirates headquarters. However, Mr Ruben and other lady officer was super helpful and fulfill my need promptly. Five star for staff.
I’m so satisfied of my visit ! RUBEN is an absolute angel and such a helpful man! Everything went so quick and so well. Couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing service! Also MERCEDES big thank you!!!
Used the U bank for the very first time to get new cards. Mr Ruben and Ms Mira were stars. I was highly impressed by the customer service offered.
