The worst customer service ever. You show up to the branch for a query, they take your ID and leave you in the waiting area. Then, instead of meeting you they call you on the phone. If you ask to meet, they make you wait for another hour. Made me regret taking my Mortgage with this bank. Very very unprofessional.

I used to live in the UAE and I have an open home finance with ADIB. I am currently living in a different country and visited ADIB's Emaar Business Park Home Finance Branch house in December 2022 to inquire about making advance payments. The service here is really useless. ADIB should open more branches in Dubai.
