The new self service rule is taking enormous time for attendants to explain the filling and payment procedure. Very bad move. It's just money making idea on expense of huge customer inconvenience.

I ordered ice creams through talabat app and whilst we’re all in a pandemic already. Adnoc delivered expired products to me which I did not even order. I ordered 6 vanilla chocolate flavored ice creams, I’m assuming being short on the products they added an expired item to my list and dropped at my door. Such a shame.
