Worst laboratory I have ever faced. Staff Mr. Safwan is very unprofessional and irresponsible. He always ignores if there is any approval needed. Also, I asked for the reports to be sent to my email/Whatsup and he didn't provide them despite calling for 2-3 days. Finally, there is no accountability I have observed.
