Lost me as a customer with multiple things: First double check the cart function on their website. Multiple item were still in the cart after I removed them, but not visible when trying to click on the cart icon at the top right corner. Secondly be very careful on the choice of deliver vendor. While fetchr might have seemed a good choice, the notifications on the progress of the order is very limited. There were 2 errors that got me to my third issue. First I received a notification on to confirm my order and I replied yes because I was waiting for my items. Secondly the delivery time stated was between 5 and 7 pm. Sure let's wait until 7. Third the notification woke me up with a super vague SMS: there is a delay with your order.... We willbe contacting you in a few days to arrange.....
