I came to your doctor's office for an eye examination and I was prescribed glasses. I bought glasses from your store, but the bone under my ear where the frame rests has become very red and sore after wearing the glasses for a few days. This has never happened with any other glasses I've worn before. I'm not sure if it's due to the design of the frame or if there's an issue with the fit. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and provide a solution.
I tried calling multiple times but no one ever picks up the phone. I waited for 40 minutes on hold and ended up wasting all my credit. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. The least they could do is have someone available to answer the phone and assist their customers.
I had a great experience at Ahalia Eye Care Musaffah. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Venkatrahavan for his expertise and professionalism.
