It's too crowded, and there are only two receptionists/ administrators. There are too many people and you feel like you're stuck in a sardine can as it would take hours to get a token ( if you don't have an appointment)and a couple of hours to see a doctor.
Prompt response from thier friendly staff when you ask for any assistance. The medical staff are very approachable and very accomodating and willing to give medical assistance.
