Worst service ever. I arrive about 2 hours before flight and there was a long que for all passengers, The reason was they closed half check in gates for fast check in (to charge extra 50 Dirhams). I asked 3 time from an office to let me in and they said in a rude manner that pay 50 Dirhams and get in. They were not even letting the families go in even it was a small kid also a pregnant woman they were not giving them access without 50 Dirhams. I don't think this kind of system can be approved by the UAE government.

I had a terrible experience with Air Arabia. First, the waiting time was extremely long. The check-in gates were closed for fast check-in, and I had to wait in a long queue for hours. Second, the staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful. They did not provide any assistance when I asked for it. Third, the facilities and amenities at the airport were subpar. Overall, I would not recommend traveling with Air Arabia.
