Be careful when you head to this place in Safeer mail, the team at the counter provided incorrect information on call and when we reached the counter we are again being misguided. Customer service is what brings your clients back to you and the team here surely needs a refresher in customer service.very disappointed.
My Son traveled from.Coimbatore to Sharjah. I booked the ticket with a meal option. But the meal is not given. He is a First time traveler. But the air hostess was not even bothered about the service. Worst experience for my son at Air Asia
I did a 30 days visa for my friend, it was ready in 1 day and the employee Shamnaz in Safeer mall - Ajman branch was so helpful and professional, he answered all my questions and helped me a lot. Great experience!
