Always not answering phone calls...i tried to approach them directly, they receive my mobile number and tell me that they will contact me soon ...but i haven't received calls yet .. no support from them... poor customer service in Alain..i really fed up with their irresponsible service....
The place seems to be not functional these days due to covid 19. Although this office used to be very much accesible for the pople in Al Ain to book ticket in Air India or Air India Express flights. Locayed near Shaikh Al Salama Masjid in Al Ain Town Center.
Pathetic, not about office. But the flight timings - never maintain the scheduled timings. Not to trust their schedules.
