Really bad customer service. The staffs handling their whatssap +971 56 219 2529 dosen't even have the decency to acknowledge your message. I wanted to book a holiday package and these people were acting really irresponsibly. I don't recommend at all.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO BOOKING HOLIDAY PACKAGE.

They need to improve their customer service and be more responsive to messages and calls. Very disappointing experience.
