I almost never had nor cared to write a negative feedback but this was exceptionally terrible. Sadly to say this, but the guy at the cash window was very rude. As if he was aiming to cause losses for the business! Another middle aged man with glasses was good and helpful but I must to go through the cash window so I had to leave! :(
