I dont know when the visiting hours are 4-6 why are we still allowed to meet the patient for only half an hour? Also doctors are not available to update the status of the patient. Few staffs are good and understanding but few are horrible(they literally asked us to leave the patient in middle on the lunch while were feeding);
We had a better experienced from Al Amal with our Speech and Language Therapist Dr. Salsabeel Turk she was very friendly, courteous, very patient in dealing with us with no cost ???? my son really improved a lot in His speech. …;
Doesn't even deserve one star. I'll never understand how the only psychiatric hospital in the UAE doesn't answer the phone, ever! This hospital should be closed down, you are failing people before they even get to seek help. Shame on you all.
