Poor services, all their staff are not educated about the right information. They don't know what to do. I applied for my pay plus card 4 months ago and I paid 26 dirham since then. They tell me it takes one month. I call back to ask, they don't have the answers.

Hi, I usually use their service in Dubai but today had a bad experience in the Al Hamra Mall branch. I was asking for change for 100 AED and they told me they don’t have. Really??
