Pathetic customer service.. i am sending money every month from Al Ansari and suddenly they blocked my transaction mentioning on word from beneficiary is missing. I am out of country and no one informed me about this issue they had sent me.
I came to send money to the Philippines with the cashier Ahmad Waleek Al Naeem. I asked him to send it through Gcash! To my surprise he sent it as a pick up. And he's arguing saying it's not his fault, Al Ansari Exchange has different.
