Bad shop, bad dealing with customers, they sold me incorrect goods, and when i went back to them to return it and get my money 5 day later, they refuse to give money back. Do not deal with that shop. In addition they did not gave any receipt, so you can not get your right later if you have any issue with them.
They have cycles, and for decent prices. But their customer service, post-sales support and attitude towards customers is bad. I do not recommend going here. You’re better off trying another shop in the area.
I don't even want to give it a star. I bought a Java Veloce few weeks ago and then 3 days later after purchase I realized that the derailleur has been bent without the bike being ridden. This was totally the shipping problem and it must be sent like this. I went to the shop I bought it from to return it, but they refused to take it because the warranty doesn't include shipping issues. This is not a fair way to deal with the customer. The shop needs to double-check the bike before they send it to the customer. I will not recommend buying a bike from that shop again.
