Very poor service no coordination with staff for refund they need 1 month for approval with management and once I reached there awaited for more then 1 hours still they need time to calculate 5 percent VAT to deduct from the invoice, time wasted shop to purchase your valuable product.

Just called to their sales department, doesn't show any interest of selling products, doesn't know how to talk to a customer. not recommended.
