Very very very bad service we took equipment’s and near after 5 months problems and problems after sales service is worst only attitude no work first and last time never again!!! We can’t even imagine to recommend anybody thanks

This is not to defame your company but we bought a lot of machines with you. Last 2019 we bought a Malaysia made cake mixer machine with no Brand logo model BM60. When we received this machine in our store, at that time the machine was oily.

We bought a pizza oven worth 41,000 AED. When our construction was complete and we planned to do the opening, the oven was not working. We called the company and they said the warranty had expired, but it should have been counted since they delivered it, not when they created the invoice.

Very very very bad service. We took equipment and after 5 months problems started. After-sales service is the worst, only attitude and no work. First and last time, never again! We can't even imagine recommending anybody. Thanks.
