We were served in a very friendly and professional way although new to the industry. Mr Nizam explained all and answered questions to our satisfaction. After sale we had questions that he answered quickly and last week helped to upgrade our purchased machine. I recommend this company fully

We bought 1 machine from them and today morning our technician was facing some problem in it. I called them and Ms Hira answered my call. She told me that schedule is too busy but she try to resolve it as early as possible. And with in 1 hour their mechanic resolve the problem.She was very professional and supportive. And also send me apologize email as well. Overall their services is very good and timely. Support team (Ms Hira) is very professional and quick in response. That was really excellent. We want to thank to the whole team of AL Borj Machinery.
