Good experience was relaxed and not rushed, saw lions tigers and cubs incredible value. The other reviews saying it’s over in 1 hour are worth ignoring, you can spend as long as you want and the staff are great. We were there 2 hours but got mega value. More
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst experience ever, was threatened and verbally abused. Very intimidating and rude. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice day out. Absolutely would not recommend and everything you see on Instagram is an absolute lie!!
