They are misusing quality control specialists like beggars. It's only for a name sake that QC works there. The management is stupid and should discuss this regard as a top priority.
Really bad working culture environment. Some of my friends are working there in the Quality Control Department with Masters degrees and they are being paid like cleaners. Professionals only receive 1200, 1500, even 1000 AED and visa cost is also deducted. Bad management and bad rules.
