I rented a car on monthly basis, you are forced to pay the full amount to avail the monthly rental price. On the 3rd month I decided to buy a new car, during the 2nd day rental of 3rd month I asked to terminate the contract and refund the money for the remaining 29 days but they refused to refund any money. Very poor customer service.
I visited this place for some insurance related work. Mr. Libin helped me out. Al Emad did a very good job and I believe they are very modest in their charges. Mr. Libil and Mr. Waseem are both very polite and go the extra mile to offer the best car service experience.
The service provided by Mr Waseem was good and professional.
