Took my camera canon 700D for repair. It stayed with them 10 day and nothing was done. No interaction and updating from there side. I had to call them several times. In the end collected my camera in the same state I gave it to them. Just waist of time. Poor service.
Very bad costumer service. I came to repair my battery and back glass, and they handed back the phone with another problem “ camera blinking “ . When i gave them back the phone, they told me you created the issue and fell down the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Complain will be issue to dubai consumer rights.

When I gave them back the phone to fix the issue, they accused me of creating the problem by dropping the phone. This is extremely unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the Dubai consumer rights.
