I sent money using your service, and your teller entered the wrong bank name but why is there no responsibility. I'm just asking for help please confirm with the bank if you make a mistake, and please fix it.
I choose this exchange as I thought u can give good service.Now I understand how poor your service will never send again this company exchange all are poor service the email address even customer service is useless to contact! Emergency matter u caused trouble too much!
So slow and poor service..they dont care the value of the timing custumer waiting in queue and staff dont have any shame ......I am waiting long time then we leave because of slow and poor service............
