A part of the road just before you reach the entrance is very rough. The park itself is well-maintained and offers easy access.
Don't get confused between Al Hayer Lake Park and Al Hayer Theme Park. They are one and the same. Google Maps takes you to the wrong route, so use the Vase app to reach here. It's one of the hidden gems of Al Ain. When we went there, we didn't find anybody, giving us a peaceful and secluded experience.
