Alhilal bank is the absolute worst, every atm u go to either doesn't work or fake. At some point i started thinking it's fraud. The atm ull find will take ur cash and nothing happens after that.
The worst costumer service you could ever find my account has been converted to something else called a digital Hilal bank I can’t access my money I can’t do anything I called 27 times and they aren’t answering I think you should hire people for the call center to help customers
