Waited for 50 min in queue to just update my number I provide them EID but they ask for passport and didn't do the simple service because original passport not with me

Worst bank process.their operation is totally disaster.they don't respect their customers.i lost money via fraud because their mobile app not secure.i lost 3.8k aed.please don't open any account from this bank.

Guys I'm not recommend this bank at all worst customer service u raise a case thin they will close it with no one getting back to u thin they will say we called you and u didn't answer its big lie
