They do a lot for needy people. Especially they do a lot in Ramadan, like Iftar and lots of other charity work.

The only charity Al Ihsan who helps, it takes little time but they are there to help very appreciated and responsible and respecting staff, like others just collect documents and ignore and behave they don't know anything.
