I'v just done car renewal testing today here, it took 7 mins exactly to finish the car test, was very impressed and Mr. Waqas is proffisionl and was very helpful and explained everything to me, well done. I difenitly recommend this place for car registration and renewal.

Extremely poor service. Broken chairs. No one wants to work. They don't even do photocopy of documents. That also we have to bring otherwise they charge you for it. The parking is not near the entrance and reception but exactly at the other side of the building. No one will tell you where the parking side is. A few tests did not work their equipment. Awful. Simply the worst I have ever seen in car testing centers.

I am very disappointed with their VIP service. Upon reaching the testing bay, I had to stand and wait in the heat while the staff was talking amongst themselves. The VIP service did not feel very VIP. The whole process was disorganized and the staff were not very friendly or helpful. I will not be using their services again.
