Unprofessional, they answer the phone and the moment they close the line they totally forget or neglect what you asked them for. I hired them for my site, they come a week after we request their collection, and after I terminated their services they still haven't removed the waste. Very disappointing.
We have a bad experience with this company. They usually come to collect the waste from Tecom - Al Sawi Building early in the morning between 4:00-6:00 am. The truck makes a terrifying sound because the workers are constantly banging down the bins. It's very unpleasant for us and our residents.
The most worst company ever. They are only running for the contracts and after the contract, they are not removing the waste on time and they do not answer the calls. They always make lame excuses that the team is coming. Worst service ever.
