I have been following this center for a while, as it offers many courses, so I decided to participate in it and paid the amount of the course that was supposed to start on the second day. At first, the communication was good. I asked for a refund, but I did not find a response from the center. After repeated follow-up, they responded and apologized for the delay in response. They justified that the course was postponed until August, and since I could not attend, they offered to give me a voucher to reschedule the course at a later date. I accepted the offer and received the voucher. Despite the delay in communication and the change of course date, I am satisfied with their response and their willingness to provide an alternative solution.
